Tuna and salmon tartar

  • 100 g tuna fillet
  • 100 g salmon fillet
  • 60 g avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 60 g cucumber
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 g soy sauce (low-salt)
  • 10 g paprika
  • 10 g pesto sauce
  1. Remove the skin from the tuna and salmon fillets.
  2. Cut the fillets into small cubes. Set them aside in a mixing bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion, dice the avocado and cucumber,
    and add them to the mixing bowl. Leave to chill.
  4. Prepare the sauce: mix the soy sauce with the paprika, the lemon and the pesto.
  5. Just prior to serving, arrange the mixture in a circle and pour the sauce over the top.

This starter contains healthy fats in the fish and avocado. The cucumber and lemon are excellent antioxidants. Since the dish is composed of raw ingredients, everything must be extremely fresh. It's a healthy choice for a starter.
