Thamer Msamddak Le Cham’s

Thamer has been chef at Le Cham's for a little over a year now.

He has 30 years' experience behind him and has worked with the Michelin-starred chef Bruno Turbot, as well as at Chez Papa, in Paris's 8th arrondissement.

In Nassim's restaurant, he showcases Espelette pepper with fresh ingredients like veal and bluefin tuna.
